In Moscow Head of state Nursultan Nazarbayev took part in session of Council of collective security of CSTO. Present session of Council of collective security of CSTO is anniversary. In May of the current year the Organization celebrates the 20 anniversary of signing of the Contract on collective security and the CSTO institution 10 anniversary.

The oblast was visited with working visit by the Plenipotentiary ambassador of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhou Li, the adviser for trade and economic questions of Embassy by Jan Syumin, attache Yan Min and Zhou Hao. The purpose is acquaintance with a production activity of JSC PetroKazakhstan Kumkol Resources.
