About industrial-innovative development of Kyzylorda oblast

 

Now the industry structure shows the following: the share of volume of the mining industry in manufacture total amount for January-May makes 91, 5 %, in a manufacturing industry 6, 0 %, manufacture and distribution of the electric power, gas and water 2, 5 %.

In industrial sector of economy of Kyzylorda oblast in January-May, 2009 industrial output has made 178,5 billion tenge that makes 98,1 % by the similar period of 2008.

In the mining industry it is made production on 163, 6 billion tenge, that below the corresponding period of 2008 to 3, 0 %, it is connected with decrease in volumes of an oil recovery. By oil operators of the oblast in January-May, 2008 it is extracted 4541, 3 thousand tons of oil, that by corresponding period of 2008 has made 97, 4 %.

In a manufacturing industry in January-May, 2009 it is made production on 10,3 billion tenge, that more to 26,2 % than for the similar period of 2008 and will reach at the expense of increase in volumes of manufacture other non-metal mineral products to 27,5 %.

According to Strategy of industrially-innovative development of Republic Kazakhstan the regional Program for 2007-2010 of industrially-innovative development is developed for 2003-2015 for manufacture development directed on competitive export-oriented production of not raw sector of economy.

From 42 projects concentrated in the regional program per 2007-2008 15 projects have been realised. At the expense of expansion of manufacture and opening of new objects 2008 880 new workplaces are created, also current year 162 new workplaces are creating till today.

Within the limits of the program of industrially-innovative development of the oblast and besides included in the program current year work under 12 investment projects for a total sum of 80,83 billion tenge is conducted. 1175 new workplaces will be created. For today 2 projects are realised.

- «Building of uranium mine on a deposit Northern Khurasan» a site Khurasan-1 (Open Company "Kyzyl Kum").

Project cost - 14, 7 billion tenge. Building has begun in 2007. 139 workplaces are created.

Capacity of factory is 15-20 thousand cubic metres in a year. A total cost of the project - 250, 0 million tenge. New workplaces - 105.

On the rests 10 projects work on their realisation is continuing. In particular:

- Building of installation of complex preparation of gas (ICPG) (the initiator of the project - the joint-stock company «Turgai Petrolium»).

On July, 3rd, 2009 the project will be presented to the Head of the state within the limits of carrying out of a space bridge with the projects realised in regions.

Capacity of factory - 150 million cubic metres of passing oil gas in a year, an exit of dry gas of 105 million cubic metres in a year, an exit of the propane-butane - 68 thousand tons a year. The project sum is 92, 0 million US dollars. 71 new workplaces.

1. Building of the railway terminal on transfer of liquefied hydrocarbon gas in Kyzylorda (the initiator of the project - Open Company "Aralgas").

The building termination is planned in 3rd quarter of 2009. At full capacity of work 200 workplaces will be created. Investments - 15 million US dollars. Capacity of the terminal - over 96000 tons of liquefied hydrocarbon gas in a year.

2. Vitriol plant building (Open Company "SKZ-U" joint-stock company NAC "Kazatomprom" branch).

Capacity of the project will make - 500 000 t/year (1500 t/days). The Total sum of the project is 32, 5 billion tenge. 

The termination of works on vitriol plant building and commissioning is III-IV quarter of 2011. It is planned to create 278 workplaces. As of 01.06.09 it is mastered means for the sum of 868,612 thousand tenge that makes about 2, 7 % from a total cost of the project.

3. Building of carriage works in Aral (Financial and industrial group «Atameken Holding»).

Annual capacity is 2500 cars in a year. Cost of the project - 113, 0 million US dollars. It is planned to place in commission 1st stage in 2009. At full capacity in 2011 2000 new workplaces will be created.

The Open Company «Management of highways» realises 2 projects.

 4. Building of mill «Reimond» on release of a mineral powder. Project cost - 72, 0 million tenge. Capacity - 8640 tons a year, workplaces - 10. Commissioning - in August, 2009.

5. Building of oil oxidation installation on release of road bitumen. Capacity 200 tn/days of the bitumen, new workplaces 28, cost of the project of 600, 0 million tenge.

The Open Company "Ecokurylysmarkeing" current year for a total sum of 1, 05 million US dollars realises following manufactures.

6. Manufacture of a stone blocks and a facing material.

Project cost - 500 thousand US dollars, capacity - 800 square meters a day. 30 new workplaces will be created. Term of commissioning - 3 quarter 2009.

7. Manufacture of products from packing peanuts with drawing organic plasters (Open Company "Ecokurylysmarkeing ").

Project cost - 550 thousand US dollars, capacity - 200 items a day. 15 new workplaces will be created.

8. Mini factory building on processing of a mix of the oil rests (Open Company "BIS").

Capacity of 232, 8 tons of processing of a mix of the oil rests a day.

As a result of processing reception to 116 tons of diesel oil, 35 tons of gasoline and 80 tons of black oil of mark М-100 a day are expected. To start realisation of the given project it is planned to direct 2 million US dollars. It is planned to create 20 workplaces.

9. Factory building on manufacture of products from inflated polystyrene in Aral (Financial and industrial group «Atameken holding»).

Productivity of factory in recalculation on the area of an erected building of 200 thousand square meters in a year. A total sum of investments - 5 million US dollars. Quantity of workplaces - 50.
