Kyzylorda oblast for January-September, 2009

Industrial production. In January-September, 2009 by the industrial enterprises of the oblast it is made production (including the small, subsidiary enterprises, sector of house economy) on 392,3 billion tenge or 97,5 % by corresponding period of 2008.

So, in the mining industry it is made production on 363,7 billion tenge or 96,4 % by corresponding period of 2008. Extraction of crude oil has made 8305,9 thousand tons or 98,9 % by corresponding period of 2008.

In a manufacturing industry it is made production on 21,3 billion tenge or 117,5 %.

In manufacture and distribution of the electric power, gas and water the index of physical volume in January-September, 2009 in comparison with the corresponding period of 2008 has made 107,8 %.

Investments. Investments into a fixed capital with the account for January-September, 2009 have made 101,2 billion tenge or 85.9 % by January-September, 2008. Including on financing sources:

The republican budget has made 18408 million tenge or by corresponding period of 2008 139,1 %, the local budget of 7133 million tenge or 250,8 %. Foreign investments have made - 10127 million tenge or 36,5 %, own means of the enterprise and the population - 56097 million tenge or 82,8 %, extra means - 9405 million tenge or 149,1 %.

Agriculture. The volume of gross output of agriculture for January-September, 2009 by an estimation (on operative data) in the current prices has made 22,2 billion tenge or 100,1 %.

The livestock of all kinds of cattle has increased. In all categories of economy of the oblast growth of a number of cattle was made by 101,0 %, sheep and goats of 102,0 %, horses of 104,6 %, camels of 104,2 % and has accordingly made 253,1 thousand goals, 857,9 thousand goals, 62,8 thousand goals, 29,5 thousand goals.

For the accounting period (cow) 54,7 thousand tons or accordingly 100,5 % is made 22,4 thousand tons of meat, milk; 101,7 % by corresponding period of 2008.

Housing construction. In January-September, 2009 it is placed in operation by a total area of 146,2 thousand sq. m. of apartment houses or 122,4 % by corresponding period of 2008.

Transport. For January-September, 2009 volume of a cargo transportation in the oblast (taking into account an estimation of volume of transportations of cargoes by not transport organizations and the businessmen who are engaged in commercial transportations) it is transported 42,6 million tons of cargoes or 89,4 % by corresponding period of 2008. The turnover of goods for this period has made 5582,0 million tkm or 94,4 %.

The oblast motor transport (taking into account an estimation of volume of transportations of cargoes by not transport organizations and the businessmen who are engaged in commercial transportations) it is transported 86,6 million passengers or 102,9 % by corresponding period of 2008. The passenger turnover has made 1760,9 million pkm or 108,1 %.

Social sphere. For January-September, 2009 as a whole on oblast 18987 new workplaces, including constants 8366 are created. From them in agriculture sphere - 1504, in the industry - 587, in trade sphere - 799, in transport and communication sphere-537, in an education sphere and public health services - 1305, in building and municipal services sphere - 2332, in other spheres - 1302 and in time and seasonal works - 10621.

For October, 1st, 2009 1700 persons or 0,5 % to economically active population have the official status of the unemployed. That is in comparison with the corresponding period of 2008 has decreased on 0,5 %.

In employment bodies only 24297 persons have addressed, from them is employed 22651 persons. From them on the Motoring map - 9992 persons, on social workplaces - 2650, on youth practice - 1794. Are directed for public works of 7090 persons. On preparation and retraining it is directed 2496, on social workplaces - 258.

Rendering of the address social help to needy levels of population proceeds. For October, 1st, 2009 at the expense of the local budget it is paid the address social help to 3694 needy families for the sum of 153,3 million tenge. To 19400 families it is paid the housing help for the sum of 341,8 million tenge.

Consumer prices. The price index on consumer goods and the services, characterising general rate of inflation by December, 2008 has made 104,1 % or on 0,6 % more low than a republican indicator. A price index on food and непродовольственные, tariffs for paid services to the population have made accordingly 102,5 %; 105,5 %; 105,1 %.

Financial position. The total sum of receipts of taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget for October, 1st, 2009 has made 45338,0 million tenge (110,3 % to the forecast). Including receipts in the republican budget has made 16754,3 million tenge (92,0 % to the forecast), the income of the local budget has made 28583,7 million tenge (125,0 % to the forecast). 

Also, we inform that in department of economy and budgetary planning of Kyzylorda oblast for January-September, 2009 according to the Law of Republic Kazakhstan from July, 2nd, 1998 №267 «On struggle against corruption» and the confirmed Decree of the President of Republic Kazakhstan from May, 3rd, 2005 № 1567 «About the code of honour of civil servants of Republic Kazakhstan» was not fixed the facts connected with corruption in the book of the control over observance of the Code of honour and in a box for references of citizens.
